Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven project management experience with a track record of successful project delivery
- Experience with PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Budgeting and Financial Forecasting
- Experience with Agile Methodology and PMP certification
- Proficiency in MS Excel
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Background in software project development
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with senior management
- Ability to motivate and build cooperative work teams
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects or a single major project
- Partner with Program and Project Managers to create business requirements for technology solutions
- Manage project timelines and communicate status effectively
- Build positive relationships with stakeholders and uncover root causes to business challenges
- Assess and advise on improving process and methodologies of current project management
- Produce regular, thorough, and accurate project status reports for various audiences
