Refunds:

1. Employer Accounts:

Any Employer who have purchased a Job Posting Plan on Jobdiggers.com site may request a refund of the Job posting plan fee within 7 days of the purchase date, no questions asked-provided the job posting has not been published on the Site.
Refunds shall be issued within 30 working days of the receipt of the request.

2. Candidate Accounts:

Job Seekers who have purchased services on the site, including resume writing or career coaching may request a refund within 7 days of purchase date. Refunds shall be processed within 30 days of receipt of the request.

To request a refund ,Please contact our support team at info@jobdigers.com. The refund shall be processed to the original method used in the Transaction.

Jobdiggers reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised Policy on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
