Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using TestComplete, leveraging scripting languages such as VBScript, JavaScript, or Python
- Hands-on experience with any cloud platforms like BitBar/pCloudy/Browserstack etc., ensuring effective and efficient mobile automation testing
- Analyze and improve existing test automation strategies and processes.
- Drive automation adoption and productivity improvement through automation
- Collaborate with development and QA teams across shores and define efficient methods to create
- Ensure continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines include automated testing.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement
- Lead initiatives to drive reusability and consistency with industry standard best practices
- Mentor and train team members on best practices in test automation.
- Create detailed documentation for testing strategies and processes.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in software testing and test automation and 3+ years of experience working as a Test Architect and driving improvements
- Mandatory experience with SmartBear products such as TestComplete, ReadyAPI, and SoapUI
- Experience in mobile automation using tools like Appium.
- Proven experience in designing test automation frameworks using various scripless automation tools including but not limited to Test Complete, Tosca, Robot Framework.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD processes.
